STRETCHING FOR GAINS

We all want to get stronger, but what if I told you that your lack of flexibility is inhibiting your gains?
Stretching is one of those fitness components that are often overlooked, but it’s actually one of the most important parts of your workout routine for many reasons!
If you think about it, when you’re working out - especially when lifting weights, you’re repeatedly contracting the muscle fibers. Without lengthening those muscle fibers back out after your workout, your body’s gonna start feeling pretty tight.
Here are some of my favorite and super simple full body stretches I do every day! (Hold each position for 30 seconds)
I challenge you to spend 2 minutes after your workout for some basic stretching! I promise your body will thank you ;)
